Nutritional Supplements

  1. Multi-Vitamin: 2 Capsules per day – One Capsule in the morning & one in the evening
  1. Vitamin D3: 1 Capsule per day in the morning
  1. Omega-3 Fish Oil: 2 Capsules per day – One Capsule in the morning & one in the evening
  1. Magnesium: 4 Capsules per day – Two Capsules in the morning & two in the evening
  1. Alpha Lipoic Acid: 2 Capsules per day – One Capsule in the morning & one in the evening
  1. Chromium Polynicotinate: 1 Capsule per day in the morning
  1. Biotin (Vitamin B7)*: 2 Capsules per day – One Capsule in the morning & one in the evening

  • A high-quality multivitamin and mineral
  • 1,000 – 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 with breakfast
  • 1,000 – 2,000 mg of omega-3 fats (300/200mg EPA/DHA ratio) once with breakfast and once with dinner
  • 100-200 mg Magnesium, once with breakfast and once with dinner
  • 300-600 mg of alpha lipoic acid twice a day, once with breakfast and once with dinner
  • 200-600 mcg of chromium polynicotinate a day
  • 1-2 mg of biotin, once with breakfast and once with dinner
  • 125-250 mg cinnamon, once with breakfast and once with dinner
  • 25-50 mg green tea catechins, once with breakfast and once with dinner
  • 2.5 grams of PGX, 15 minutes before each meal with 8 oz. of water
