HAYAT TAYYIBA
Join Hayat Tayyiba’s Community
Week one is all about preparation. You will need to perform a few tasks and learn several concepts to help you in your journey. This includes praying the Prayer of Guidance (Istikhara), booking a 1-on-1 appointment with your Hayat Tayyiba Practitioner for a private consultation, performing specific diagnostic blood tests, journaling your motivations, obstacles, and goals, taking your body measurements, and preparing your kitchen, grocery list, meal plan, yourself, family & friends.
Week two focuses mainly on eliminating sugar and caffeine. You will learn not only the harmful effects of these two, but you will also learn how exactly they are preventing you from reaching your goal. You will also harness the power of community, which will be your main source of motivation and support to keep going and succeed.
In week three, we’ll eliminate wheat and rice from our diets, prepare for carb withdrawal symptoms, and aim for 10,000 steps per day. We’ll also strengthen our community connections through detailed conversations and reflections, and prepare our minds and kitchens for the next phase of the program.
In Week 4, we will focus on eating only “Green Foods” and “Yellow Foods” and avoiding “Red Foods” in a specific way to prevent carb withdrawal symptoms. We continue to harness the power of community, your main source of motivation and support to keep going and succeed.
Our main focus this week is on Nutritional Supplements & Zone 2 Exercise. Engaging with the community by sharing experiences and encouraging others as we prepare for the next week.
This week you learn about and implement the every-other-day diet.
This week is all about cultivating and adopting healthy sleep habits.
In our final week, we introduce stress management principles through Islamic spirituality and mindset change. We’ll conclude the program with parting advice and guidance on how to maximize your health in the future.
Through this program, I lost about 2 inches off of my waist. […] It increased my confidence and my motivation. […] I recommend this program 100%. I’ve only found benefit in it.

The [Wellness Revival] program helped me lose 7 kg [15 lbs], manage insulin resistance, cure my sleep apnea, and improve my overall well-being, while also enriching my social and spiritual life. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a holistic approach to better health.

My blood pressure was up to 170/120 before the Wellness Revival Program. And now it’s 114/81! I also am no longer prediabetic!
Sr. Farhana

My blood sugar levels ranged from 300’s to 500’s, despite being on insulin. After the Wellness Revival Program, I was able to get off of insulin, lose 10 lbs (4.5 kgs), and now my blood sugar is in the 120’s range. Most importantly, I was finally able to read the Quran again after a long time because my blurry vision had cleared up.

I joined the Hayat Tayyiba program, which helped me overcome headaches and fatigue by eliminating sugar and coffee, and following a structured diet and exercise plan. The program increased my awareness of healthy food choices and their benefits, and I highly recommend it for the well-being of oneself and loved ones.

Losing weight has always been hard for me, but [Hayat Tayyiba’s] program gave me hope and motivation to improve my long-term health, resulting in a 5 kg weight loss and regular menstrual cycles despite having endometriosis. The supportive community and Abdur Rahman’s guidance made this a life-changing program that I highly recommend.

| Chronic Condition | Yearly Costs |
|---|---|
| High Blood Pressure | $2,500 |
| Obesity | $2,700 |
| Diabetes | $12,000 |
High blood pressure costs patients about $2,500 annually and leads to significantly higher healthcare expenses: 2.5 times more inpatient costs, nearly double outpatient costs, and triple prescription medication costs. It also increases the risk of costly heart attacks (averaging $31,000) and strokes (averaging $17,000).
Obesity costs patients around $2,700 annually. Treatment for five common obesity-related conditions (stroke, coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, and elevated cholesterol) in middle-aged men incurs approximately $9,000 to $17,000 higher costs compared to normal-weight adults, similar to smoking-related costs.
Diabetes costs patients around $12,000 annually, with medical expenditures typically 2.6 times higher than those without the condition. Indirect costs include reduced employment from disability, missed work, and lost productivity due to premature deaths.
The cost analysis above assumes having only one chronic condition. However, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity often co-occur, significantly raising the risk of adverse outcomes and increasing annual healthcare expenses.
Consider the value beyond cost: imagine life free from fatigue, effortlessly engaged with loved ones, and energized each day. Visualize the satisfaction of restful sleep, fulfilling intimacy, and mental clarity. Improved health brings vitality, confidence, and spiritual fulfillment, enhancing productivity and inspiring healthier lifestyles in your community. How much is that worth to you?

Yes, yes, and 100 times yes! Unfortunately most of modern medicine and doctors do not address the underlying, root causes of these conditions. Doctors are trained on managing these conditions. They are not trained on how to reverse them.
